Learning the piano builds a strong musical foundation: reading music, understanding harmony, and the enjoyment of playing. Piano has been part of Lance Arts since Sarah Lance founded the studio in 2011.
Our private piano lessons meet each student where they are. Whether your child is pressing their first keys or you are an adult returning to an instrument you set aside years ago, you will work one-on-one with an instructor who tailors each lesson to your goals and pace.
We teach students from Yukon and the surrounding communities: Mustang, El Reno, Bethany, Piedmont, Edmond, and the Oklahoma City metro.

What age should my child start piano lessons?
Many children are ready to begin around age 5 or 6, once they can focus for a short lesson and follow simple directions. We meet every student at their level, so the best way to know is to come in and meet an instructor.
Do I need a piano at home to start lessons?
A full acoustic piano is ideal, but a weighted-key digital keyboard works well for beginners. We are happy to help you choose something that fits your space and budget.
Can adults take piano lessons too?
Absolutely. We teach adult beginners and returning players regularly. Lessons are built around your goals, whether that is hymns, classical, pop, or simply playing for joy.
How long are piano lessons?
Lessons are 30 minutes, once a week, at a consistent time reserved with your instructor. Tuition is a flat $120 per month.
